I am with Windermere in the Queen Anne office on 3rd Ave. W. and W. McGraw. I have been in this office for 21 years this summer, and I’ve lived on Queen Anne for 17 years. My primary focus is residential real estate in Queen Anne and Magnolia. I am fortunate to work mainly by referral, so I help buyers & sellers everywhere in the Seattle area.

I love helping people and families find their dream home. Our homes affect every aspect of our lives, so I enjoy spending time with people to understand what they’re looking for in a home. When it’s time for someone to sell their home, I also love helping people maximize gains from their investment. Prior to real estate, I worked in marketing, which helps when I’m working on a client’s listing.

How long have you sponsored Queen Anne Little League teams?
It’s my 11-year anniversary this year!

What made you want to begin sponsoring QALL?I started sponsoring because my boys, Nicholas and Nate, were playing. I thought it was a great way to support the sport, neighborhood, and community, and particularly baseball. Both my boys have grown up playing baseball and it’s had such an influence on their lives. It’s such a fun way to get to know the families in your community. I loved spending those sunny – and rainy! – Spring afternoons at the ballfields with neighborhood families.

Both of my boys played baseball for Blanchet High School. My oldest, Nick – all of his best friends play baseball. Both of my kids played through QALL Juniors, then played in middle and high school.

My husband, Nick, was the President of Queen Anne Little League for several years and really enjoyed it.

Tell me about the legendary Holley Ring Real Estate purple jersey colors?
My husband and I are University of Washington Huskies! We started with Windermere Blue but quickly switched to UW Purple, which matches our fan gear.

Did you play any sports growing up or do you now?
I tried to play softball but it wasn’t for me; I lacked that type of coordination. I ran track, played soccer, and did swimming.

Any favorite professional sports teams?
My whole family loves the Huskies and we enjoy going to Mariners games. I love the atmosphere.

What do you love about being part of the Queen Anne community?
Nothing compares to Queen Anne as far as the community. You see people you know everywhere. It’s the friendliest, most connected neighborhood I’ve seen. The Hill has everything you need – you can eat, shop, socialize, and exercise here. We have our own business district and I love supporting our businesses. We have beautiful parks and great schools. It’s home.
